Geographical situation
|
By car : if you are coming from north, you will have to join the Povence region by the "autoroute du soleil (A7)". This highway divides itself in two branches near Orange. the first one leads to Arles (22 km from the golf course) by the A54; the other one (A7) enables to join Avignon (30 km from the golf course). Coming from the south, the A7 and A 9 will lead you to the Alpilles. Marseille is situated at 85 km and Aix en provence at 65 km from the golf course.
By train : The Avignon TGV train station is at 30 minutes from the golf course.
By plane : the international airport of Marseille Marignane is 1 hour away from the golf course.

Presentation of the golf course
| If you are coming from the north, you will find the Manville Domaine which is situated at the feet of the foothills of the Massif of the Alpilles and at the heart of The Baux de Provence Valley. In the surroundings of the golf course is the manville castle : it had been once an important agricultural domaine. Its old farm and outbuildings give us an impression of its original size and character. The Golf des Baux de Provence is situated at the heart of this domaine. It was designed by Martin Hawtree and opened in july 1989. You will be delighted by this golf course, which is situated on a exceptional site at the feet of the Baux Castle, in the middle of the vineyards, oilve trees and with lavender plants all arounds.

The golf couse is technical and narrow, not very hilly. The course is open to every player who have a FFG licence and a green card level.
The course is composed of 2 par 5, 5 par 4 and 2 par 3.
